Request to use Spring Creek Middle School Building
Spring Creek Middle School prides itself in sharing it's facility with the community. We are using this Google Form to collect building use requests. If your request is granted, we will let you know by December 16th and arrange for keys and discuss payment and expectations.
To be fair to all teams and coaches, we are asking that you begin by requesting only ONE rental slot until we know if we are able to open it up for additional rental slots. Requests will be taken until Thursday December 5th.
If additional slots are available, we will open this Google Form on Monday December 9, 2024 allowing you the chance to select additional rental options.
