Dear Lincoln Families,
I expect you all have a few questions regarding school dismissal. We will be calling each family on Monday to relay information and to answer some of your questions. Until then, here is some information you will need:
School is not being held in the building from Monday, March 16th through the 27th. We spent Friday preparing for this situation and will be ready to start online lessons on Wednesday. You can come to Lincoln on Wednesday to pick up materials that your teachers will want you to use in conjunction with online resources to help your students learn as much as possible during this time period. The pick up location will be in the Media Center, however if you would rather not come into the building you can stay in your car and call the office. We will run your materials out to you. We will follow this staggered schedule for pick-up.
Families with last names starting with letters:
A-F - 9:00-10:00
G-L - 10:00-11:00
M-R - 1:00-2:00
S-V - 2:00-3:00
W-Z - 3:00-4:00
The school breakfast and lunch program will be provided as usual, for the typical cost of $1.40 for breakfast and $2.05 for lunch. This will be in a Grab and Go platform where you can come in from 8:00-8:30 and pick up a sack breakfast in the cafeteria from 11:30-12:30 for a sack lunch. You can also park near the cafeteria doors and call the office, and we will send someone out if you do not want to come inside.
If, after you have received our phone call to you, you have any further questions, you can call or stop in. The office staff will be available each day from 8:45-4:00. We appreciate it if you call rather than come in as we are following the directive of maintaining as much social distance as possible, but we are here in person if you need us.
Please let me know if I can do anything to help you. I appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together for the good of our children and our community.
