Got questions???

If you have any questions about Heritage, please go to our website at www.ccsdut.org/heritage. We do our best to keep this site up to date and accurate. You can find the lunch schedule and calendar of events.

Do You Have A Plan:

Please talk with your child about their plans for how to get home BEFORE sending them out the door in the morning. Where should they meet with friends or siblings if walking home?  Will they ride the bus or walk? This will help calm anxieties about not knowing where to meet or how to get home.

School Community Council

Are you interested in being on the School Community Council for the 2019-2020 school year? The council acts as an advisory body with all of its actions and plans overseen by the local school board. At Heritage Elementary the council consists of the principal, two faculty representatives, and five parent members, with a parent member acting as chair. The SCC is directly responsible for creating a school improvement plan and for a spending plan for the School LAND Trust funds which Heritage receives. The council prepares reports that are shared with the community on the progress of the school towards improvement goals. The council also serves to represent the general school community and is consulted on matters of safe walking routes, digital citizenship and safe technology use, and other factors that contribute to the overall success of Heritage School. You are encouraged to talk with Mr. Robins, or with a past council member to learn more about serving on the council. If interested please contact the office by September 11, 2019 by the end of the school day.
