The Online Community Board is an online bulletin board sharing information about events, programs, and activities relevant to the educational community and the public.

External agencies and organizations (including direct financial partners and providers, public service partners and providers, private businesses, and other non-profit entities) can request to post digital flyers and promotional materials on the community board. If you would like your content to be shared on the board, please email the Online Community Board Manager: ccsdonlinecommunityboard@ccsdut.org

 

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Content Review: All posted content must comply with Board policy, state, and federal laws. It should primarily promote student events within the school district boundaries and countywide activities.
  • Flyer Format: Flyers should be uploaded in a compatible format, such as PDF or JPG. Ensure that the provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Non-profit Focus: The Online Community Board primarily serves non-profit organizations. Exceptions may be considered on approval through the superintendent's office or their designee.
  • For-Profit Limitation: Flyers should not include for-profit information or logos unless authorized by the superintendent or their designate. The content should demonstrate a direct benefit to the school community.
  • Timely Submission: External entities should provide the information to the administrative assistant at least 10 business days in advance of the event to ensure timely posting.
  • Distribution: Paper copies of the information will not be distributed to students or delivered to school buildings.
  • Compliance: Compliance with district policies and guidelines is crucial to maintain access to the Online Community Board.
