CCSD high school marching bands finish season on a high note

The marching band program has been a staple of high school extracurricular activities in Utah for nearly 100 years. In that time, Cache County schools have earned numerous awards and gained recognition for their polished performances. This year’s competition was no different, with all four Cache County School District high schools winning accolades in their respective divisions.

Unlike other Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA)-sanctioned events, which are one-on-one competitions between schools, marching bands participate in a variety of tournaments and invitationals across the state, culminating in the UMEA Red Rocks State Marching Band Championships in St. George.
