CCSD Schools to Honor Veterans
Birch Creek Elementary -
Veterans Day Program on Nov. 8th at 1:30 pm
Our 5th and 6th graders will be presenting a patriotic program. Veterans are invited to attend.
Cedar Ridge Elementary -
5th grade Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11th at 9:30 am
Students will be singing songs to veterans. The public is welcome to attend.
Green Canyon High School -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 11th at 10:05 am
Veterans and their families are invited and are asked to arrive a few minutes early in order to get seated so that we can begin on time.
Heritage Elementary -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 11 at 1:45 pm
Parents and veterans are invited. The program will consist of essays written by our 3rd-6th grade students and music.
Lewiston Elementary -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 11th at 2:45 pm
Presented by our 3rd-grade students, the assembly will be held in the gym and the public is invited. The assembly will include a video presentation with pictures of family members from the students, faculty and staff who have served or who are serving in one of the branches of the military.
Lincoln Elementary -
Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11th at 2:15 pm
The program will include a musical tribute to veterans. The public is invited.
Mountain Crest High School -
Two Veterans Day Assemblies on Nov. 11th. The first will be from 9:05-9:55 am. The second is from 10:10- 11:00 am.
The assemblies will include a flag ceremony, some musical numbers, and guest speaker Dustin Hunter. We will be recognizing veterans who attended/work at Mountain Crest. The public is absolutely invited to attend.
Mountainside Elementary -
Veterans Day assembly on Nov. 15th from 1:30-2:10 pm
The assembly will be presented by the 3rd Grade and everyone is welcome.
Nibley Elementary -
Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11th at 10:00 am
The public is invited to this one hour program which will honor attending veterans.
North Cache Middle School -
North Cache will honor veterans by creating a "Wall of Fame" where students can acknowledge those who have served to make America free. The wall will be covered with pictures and tributes to veterans. Students have also been invited to dress professionally on Veterans Day as a way of honoring those who have served in the Armed Forces.
North Park Elementary -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 11th at 2:30 pm
Students are encouraged to invite family relations who have served to come participate in a brief recognition. We will also have our 5th-grade students sing some songs in honor of the visiting guests. The public is invited to attend.
Providence Elementary -
Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11th at 2:45 pm
A selection of songs and dialogues that honor those that have served our nation will be performed. The public is encouraged to come.
Ridgeline High School -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 11th at 10:10 am
Lori Reynolds, a military widow, will be speaking. There will also be music and honoring of Veterans. The public is invited.
Veterans Days Assembly on Monday, Nov. 11th at 9:55 am in the Spectator Gym.
There will be musical numbers and speakers. The public is invited to attend.
Spring Creek Middle School -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 7th at 9:15 am
Summit Elementary -
Two Veterans Day Programs on Nov. 8th. The first program will start at 9:30 am with grades 1-3 performing. The second program will start at 10:30 am with grades 4-6 performing.
The programs will include a flag ceremony, patriotic songs, a guest speaker, and tributes to those who have served our country and sacrificed so much for our behalf. We would like to welcome the public and community to attend, and would especially encourage all veterans to be in attendance.
Sunrise Elementary -
Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11th at 2:30 pm
Students will sing songs for the attending veterans. The public is invited.
Wellsville Elementary -
Veteran's Day Program on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.
Local veterans and their families are invited to come. This will be a 30-minute program where students sing to, recognize, and thank our veterans for their service.
White Pine Elementary -
Veterans Day Assembly on Nov. 8th from 10:00-11:00 am
The public is invited and should come in best dress. We are planning to have a couple of veterans speak to us and the students will be singing some patriotic songs in their honor.
