On Monday, September 23rd, the U.S. Department of Education recognized River Heights Elementary as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School. River Heights is one of 356 schools in the nation chosen for excelling in academic performance or closing gaps in achievement amongst student groups.

“Driving for Education” Golf Tournament Raises $28,000 for Cache County School District

Sky View alumnus Conner Mantz finishes 8th overall in the Paris 2024 Olympic marathon.
The Olympic Games are renowned for athletic excellence, with countries from all around the world bringing in only the best of the best to represent their home nations and compete to bring home the Gold. This year at the Paris Games, Smithfield native and Sky View High School alumnus Conner Mantz competed for the United States.

Adult Education program graduation ceremony highlights the achievements of its remarkable students

On Friday, June 14th, district administrators, teachers, and staff joined with law enforcement and emergency medical services teams at Green Canyon High School for an interagency emergency response training exercise.

North Cache Middle School students run the equivalent of 443 marathons
During the 2023-24 school year, North Cache teacher Laura Haynie introduced her PE students to the Marathon Kids program, which transformed students' attitudes toward fitness and fostered a commitment to lifelong activity.

The Cache Education Foundation recently announced its annual Hats Off Award recipients and runners-up. Recipients were also named for other educator awards, including the Hansen Honorarium, the Bill Lindauer Award, and the Just My Wish Foundation's Media Specialist of the Year.
