• Not receiving messages??

     

    If you are not receiving messages from our broadcast message system, called SchoolMessenger, please do the following:

    • Validate that the contact settings are correct for EACH of your children. (Click here to see how to do that.)

      • Check the phone numbers and email addresses and make sure they are correct.

      • Check the contact flags and be sure the “custody” and “lives with” flags are checked correctly.

    • If you have not already opted-in to receive text messages, text “Y” to 67587 so you can opt in to receive text messages. (Click here to read more about opting in.)
