When severe weather creates hazardous conditions, the regular school schedule may be suspended to ensure student safety. It is the parents’/guardians’ responsibility to monitor news reports via television and/or radio stations. Announcements are normally broadcast between 6:00 .m. and 6:30 a.m. Area radio stations 96.7 and 92.3 will announce school closures and late starts.
