        • Misusing property
        • Loud or disrespectful tone of voice
        • Not completing classwork
        • Inappropriate use of technology - minor
      • Administration Managed

        • Directed inappropriate language/cursing
        • Aggressive physical contact

        • Harassment/sexual misconduct
        • Property destruction

    • Observe and Identify Inappropriate Behavior

      • Is the behavior teacher or administrator managed?

        • Teacher Managed:

          • Verbal warning/redirection to expectations.
          • Problem Behavior Persists: Use precision command/request and reteach expectation.
          • Problem Behavior Persists: Private conference with student on an appropriate behavior. (Refocus)
          • Problem Behavior Persists: Parent contact (phone call). Continue to reteach expectations/rules. Swap time for preferred activity.
          • Did the behavior change?
            • Yes
              • Notice and reward correct behaviors.
            • No
              • Start Tier 1 behavior plan with principal and TAG team.
            • Follow-up with principal.
        • Administrator Managed:

          • Referring teacher/staff member explains identified behavior to administrator in detail.
          • Administrative action/consequence is provided; parend is contacted.
          • Administration follows up with teacher/staff member.

    Crisis Incident - Is when a student is in immediate danger of harming self/others.

    • Call office for immediate assistance.
