CCSD Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy outlines the expectations and responsibilities for students using CCSD technology. It ensures a safe and respectful digital environment that supports learning.

Student technology accounts remain active during enrollment in CCSD. Accounts are terminated when a student leaves the district or graduates.

Account Closure Process:

• Student accounts will be deactivated on July 1st following graduation for the graduating class, or immediately upon leaving the district.
• Accounts will be permanently deleted on October 1st.
• Important Reminder: Students are responsible for transferring any data or email they wish to keep before graduating or transferring out of the district.
