PowerSchool & Swift K12 Accounts

Use this form to request, change assignments, and remove PowerSchool accounts.

• All teachers will be set up with PowerTeacher accounts.

• ELL and SpEd teachers usually also require PowerSchool Admin accounts, in addition to their PowerTeacher access.

• All teachers will automatically have SchoolMessenger accounts to send messages to the parents of their students. You can use this form to request a SchoolMessenger Admin account for a person to be able to send messages on behalf of the school/district.

• PowerSchool accounts for student teachers, interns, and long-term subs will not be created until they complete the required paperwork with HR and claim their network accounts.
