ParentSquare Information
Cache County School District uses ParentSquare as our primary platform for school communication. Families receive messages and updates through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.
An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our student information system (PowerSchool). We encourage you to activate your ParentSquare account to download the free mobile app, set your language preferences, and choose how and when you’d like to receive messages.
Once you have your ParentSquare account set up, you can access the following features:
What you can do with ParentSquare account
- Send direct messages to teachers and staff
- View posts, photos, calendars, newsletters, and important announcements
- Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
- Comment on school posts and stay engaged with your school community
- Participate in group conversations with other families
- Choose to get posts as they’re shared or bundled in a daily digest
ParentSquare is replacing SchoolMessenger/SafeArrival and is our main two-way communication tool. Previous notification preference settings will not transfer over, and will need to be updated through your ParentSquare account.
Opting out
We use ParentSquare only for school-related communication. If you wish to stop receiving notifications, you can opt out at any time in your account notification preferences.
