Employee Resignation Form
Employees can submit a resignation form online. This is used to notify the district office, and supervisors of resignation of employment.
Account Termination Extension Request
To request an extension of the network and email account termination date, please submit the form linked in the button below. Accounts for non-paid employees are disabled on July 1st of every year.
