Educator Evaluations
Cache County School District believes in providing its educators with growth and professional development opportunities. By investing in our employees, we aim to build a dedicated team committed to our shared vision of learning and growth. CCSD has adopted the Utah State Board of Education Growth Oriented Teacher Evaluation. This model is based on the Utah Effective Teaching Standards. Educators participate in a formative evaluation cycle annually for three years, followed by summative evaluation cycle in the fourth year. The Board of Education has adopted the following policy and procedures for educator evaluations:
ObserverTab
To help facilitate these evaluations, CCSD utilizes ObserverTab to complete self-assessments, professional growth plans, observations, and summative evaluations. Additional tools, not available in ObserverTab for observation feedback and formative evaluations are provided below. ObserverTab accounts are managed by our Licensing Specialist, Tami Vanweerd. Please email her if you are having trouble logging into ObserverTab at tami.vanweerd@ccsdut.org.
