Email is one of the primary methods of communication in CCSD.  In this course, we will demonstrate how to effectively use CCSD Gmail to send/receive/forward emails, as well as give some tips and tricks on how to keep emails organized.  Participants will also learn how to send and receive attachments and how to save the attachments to the computer or Google Drive and even change their email signature.

This course will introduce the technology Help Desk ticket system. A ticket system is used to help manage our district’s technology needs.  In this course, participants will see a demonstration of how to submit a technology help ticket. The course also includes information for who to contact when technology fails.

This course will demonstrate how to use the Self-Service site which is used to view employee pay and verify or update tax withholding information.  The Self-Service site also allows employees to see their leave balances, personal information, and other district employment opportunities.

Every district employee has a district calendar where they can add meetings, appointments, etc. In this course, we will demonstrate how to add/edit/delete calendar events on a personal calendar. Learners will be able to create a new calendar and learn how to share it so that others may view or edit events on that calendar.
