Involvement Beyond the Classroom (CTSO)

Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are national organizations designed to support students pursuing Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways. CTSOs provide leadership opportunities, real-world experience, and competitions that enhance classroom learning. By participating in a CTSO, students develop valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while building networks with peers and professionals in their field of interest.

CTSOs integrate directly into CTE programs, helping students bridge the gap between education and career readiness. They are an integral part of CTE, helping students succeed in both school and their future careers.
