Policy No. 3130: Personal Electronic Device (PED)
Purpose and Philosophy
The Cache County School District (CCSD) recognizes that personal electronic devices, including cell phones, are common communication tools. While they can support safety and family communication, their misuse during instructional time can disrupt the educational environment.
To protect instructional time and promote a safe and respectful environment, CCSD supports the responsible, limited use of personal devices. Clear expectations and procedures will guide appropriate use.
