The Business Office ensures the financial health and operational efficiency of the District, enabling quality education for all students.

The Business Services Department ensures financial stability and effective resource management to support student learning and District priorities. By maintaining balanced budgets, transparent reporting, and strategic resource allocation, the department enhances educational programs, facilities, and staff development.

Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR)

The Popular Annual Financial Report is a simplified summary of the Cache County School District’s financial information, providing an overview of revenue, spending, and budgeting priorities. It offers a clear and transparent look at how funds support students, staff, and schools.

Financial Audit Report

The Financial Audit Report is comprehensive end-of-year audit report produced by an external audit firm.  This report includes the auditor’s opinion of CCSD finances and all district financial statements. 

Original Budget Report

The Original Budget Report is the budget passed by the Board of Education, typically in June of each year.  This is the original budget for the following fiscal year, beginning July 1st and ending June 30th
