District Teacher of the Year:
Julie Miner presented by Stacie Williamson “This woman deserves to be our teacher of the year.”

June through September will be given next month as the district is currently in an audit. Notice of the second and final 2023 Bond issue was given.
Superintendent's Report:
Recognized that the district is facing challenging decisions and that they impact students. Concerning DLI and Boundaries - The process started with committees that included parent representatives on the committee and guiding principles of educating students first. Both proposals came out of the committees with unanimous support.
There was a community meeting held in Hyde Park on September 17, 2025. The new principal was introduced, and the district started the process of creating parent committees, creating a community council, and a PTA.
The district received a spending report from the state. It shows that CCSD is putting money in classrooms and instruction, with spending for students at or exceeding state averages. Spending for administration is below the state average, the third lowest in the state.
