Classified Length of Contract 

1. All classified positions shall specify the number of days the employee is to be on full duty. These days will be scheduled by the Superintendent. The remaining days will be considered as holidays or vacation days except as the job description assigns responsibilities which may require the employee’s time and attention. 
2. Any employee whose contract is for 245 days or more shall be entitled to an annual vacation without salary deduction according to the schedule for vacations as defined in section"IV-9 a.". 
3. Employee’s contract year will be identified by the employee’s position. 
4. An information sheet and employment summary will be sent to classified employees to replace the previously used contract.
