Policy No. 5190 Seniority

1. Seniority in the Cache County school system shall be defined as length of continual service to the District. 
   1. Full-time service or two part-time years equal one full-time year. 
   2. Leaves of absence shall not be considered interrupted service, but the time of absences will also not count in the total years of service. 
   3. Resignation or termination will be an interruption of continual service.
