Policy No. 5140 Continuous Employment

Continuous Employment 

  1. New licensed employees, who work at least half-time in the Cache County School District, shall be provisional employees for three consecutive years after the date of employment. Each provisional educator’s contract runs only for the term stated in the contract. During this time, he/she shall be without the right of expectation of continued employment
  2. All licensed employees will be evaluated annually according to plans currently accepted by the Board of Education.
