Budgets are doing well.

School Safety: Aimee is going to re-address with Smithfield City to possibly get crossing guards at 1st West 1st South, right now the city says there isn’t enough money in the budget. We are also going to try to get a new U-Turn sign on 1st West. Teachers will be reviewing pickup protocol with parents at PTC.

HERO (Helpful Exceptional Responsible Optimistic) plan is working very well this year, keeping kids motivated to get yellow tickets when they are being a “HERO”. Teachers are encouraged to give 1 ticket per month to each student. Every 4 tickets earned, students get to sign their name on the letters in HERO, starting with the H.

CVD Fundraiser brought in more this year than last-$8740.00

Talking about moving the Historical nook into the library and front entrance by the office in order to utilize the space it is in now better.

Looked at the playground to see what really needs to be replaced, will discuss again in Jan.

Night of Giving-Dec 3rd. Donations need to be in by Nov. 28th so the PTA can put the baskets together that will be auctioned off at the event.
