• Voted and approved of Chair: Michelle Evans, Co-Chair: Hilary Bair, Secretary: Angela Gibbons-motion passed.

• Proposed Meeting Schedule-Voted and approved-motion passed.

• Review of SCC training, and rules which were voted on and approved-motion passed.

• Reviewed School Budgets: Trustland, TSSA and Title 1.  These are aligned with academic goals and plans for the school.

• Went over the Report Card for Summit.  Right now we are ranked as a B grade but our scores in the spring of 2022 are comparable to the scores before COVID, so we are happy that we are going back up.

• Went over and approved the Title 1 plan.  Review and vote on motion was passed.

• School parent compact: approved and voted on-motion passed.

• Family Engagement Strategy: approved and voted on-motion passed.

• PTA fall fundraiser, HERO run, went really well.  Had a lot of good praise for how it went.  They are now planning for the Night of Giving baskets that will happen in November.

• Round Table:  Next meeting talking about playground equipment, and history nook at Summit.
