Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) Schools are identified based on consistently low performing student groups within a school. Each student group within a school is compared to the performance of the lowest performing 5% of schools in the state. If any student group is consistently performing at or below the lowest performing 5% of schools in the state for two consecutive years, they are eligible for TSI identification. Summit Elementary school has been identified as a TSI school.
