Hello! This is my third year as the school counselor at Greenville Elementary! I recently moved to Utah from upstate NY where I was a school counselor for three years. I graduated from Temple University with my master’s degree in social work. I have always enjoyed working with children and I am so happy to be a part of Greenville. I have two children that I adore and when I’m not keeping busy with them, I enjoy reading and taking care of my four fur babies!

I grew up attending schools in the Cache County School District and am back now as a teacher. I graduated from Utah State University and Western Governors University. I love to spend time with my family. I have two kids and two dogs at home. My favorite things to do include reading, hiking, gardening, and spending as much time outside as possible. I also like to color orange and elephants. I am so excited to be teaching here at Greenville Elementary! 

I grew up in Honeyville, Utah, but most of my life has been spent in Cache County. My father taught in Logan and I was able to accompany him from 3rd to 5th grade. After High School (Box Elder) I attended Utah State and have a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a master's in education. My first teaching job was in Houston, Texas, as a bilingual 1st grade teacher. Time really flies when you’re having fun and it’s hard to believe that this is my 18th year as a teacher.  During the summer months, I continue to work in the family business as an apiarist. This is the only job that I have worked in longer than being an educator. My wife and I have 4 children and 2 dogs. We love to watch sports and one would think that we enjoy baseball the most, since we have been to all but 5 of the major league ballparks, but the Utah Jazz are our favorites to watch and follow. Most of my free time now revolves around my children and taking them to their different events. 

2022-2023 is my first year at Greenville and my 6th year teaching altogether! Previously, I was teaching music in Washington state. When I'm not teaching I'm taking care of my 3 kids and spending time with my family. I have been a certified music teacher for over 10 years and hope to teach for many more years to come!

I grew up here in the valley,  graduated from Sky View High School, then attended Dixie State College where I was able to play softball.  I am married and have two amazing children.  When I am not chasing my kids to their activities, I love to snow ski!  If I have a chance to be skiing, I will be there.  My other favorite place is Bear Lake.  Swimming, boating, skiing, wild tube rides and just being on the lake.  I also like to road bike, camp, explore and learn new things, travel, and be with my family.  I love, love chips and salsa!  I would love to travel the world.  I think PE is the best and am happy for the opportunity to be here at Greenville.

I am the youngest of six kids and grew up in West Jordan, Utah, where I spent my childhood climbing trees and playing with rabbits and dogs.  I got my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at BYU-Idaho, where I met my amazing husband.  He is still my best friend and favorite person! We have three daughters and one son.  They bring joy and laughter to my life every day.  My youngest two daughters attend Greenville Elementary. I love animals and we have two dogs. I have always enjoyed creating art and I am excited to be sharing that love for art with children. I also love being outdoors; I like skiing, walking, camping, gardening and just sitting outside on a hammock. Nature is a work of art I am always in awe of!
