My name is Terra Stanko, and I have been teaching at Greenville for 6 years now...I love teaching at this awesome school!  I absolutely love children, and I love teaching 1st Grade!  However, I feel like I learn more every day from my first-graders than I teach them.  There is never a dull moment in 1st grade--first graders always do and say the funniest things!  I love watching them grow and learn so much during their year in 1st grade! 

I have four amazing children--3 daughters and 1 son.  My two oldest daughters, Lauren and Whitney, are both married.  Lauren and her husband have an adorable baby girl, and Whitney and her husband have a handsome baby boy!  I absolutely LOVE being a GRANDMA! My son, Braden, is 20 and will be leaving on a mission to Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, in May. And my daughter, Ella, is an 8th grader at Springcreek Middle School.   

I especially love to spend time with my family, and I really enjoy time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and riding bikes. I also love to read, play the piano, watch movies, and be up in the mountains, near lakes and rivers, or on the Oregon Coast!  Some of my favorite foods/treats are Costa Vida, Jelly Belly jelly beans, chocolate, and mexican food

Hi! My name is Gabriella Thorson, or Gabby for short. I grew up in Cache Valley and graduated from Mountain Crest High School. I also graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor's degree, in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. My awesome husband Parker and I live in Logan. I am so excited to be here at Greenville Elementary for my first year teaching. I am so fortunate to have already been a part of this incredible school for a year; first as a student teacher and then working as an intervention paraprofessional. 1st grade is such an amazing part of a child's education because they are making such big strides in reading. I am so excited to be a part of that and watch these students grow. Not to mention that first graders are pretty funny. I've had so many wonderful educators in my life (including my own parents) who have lead me to where I am today, and my hope is to emulate their examples and to be a positive step in your child's educational journey!
