We will use a program called SCRATCH that was developed by MIT. It is used to teach basic programming skills. If you would like to download it at home, you may. Go to scratch.mit.edu
During class we will review the functionality of SCRATCH together. There are 12 “cards” which describe various things you can build. You will need to complete all 12 of the cards and check them off with me.
Once you are finished, use the knowledge you have gained and create something on your own and show it to me. You will only have one day to do this project.
This will be a VERY fun assignment and one you will not want to miss!
