    The Cache County School District is conducting a sealed bid surplus auction for the North Cache Middle School Surplus Land, located at 650 South 170 West Highway 91, Richmond, Cache County, Utah.  Bidders must submit this form with your written offer and a check in the amount of $5,000 bid deposit to the office of Scott Rigby at the Cache County School District offices located at 84 East 2400 North, North Logan, Utah  84341 by Thursday January 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.  See attached advertisement below.

    River Heights Elementary Fire Alarm Upgrades

    CCSD is accepting bids for River Heights Elementary Fire Alarm Upgrades located at 780 East 600 South, River Heights, Utah 84321.  DWA Construction, Inc. will receive contractor and supplier bids for this project.  Provide lump sum bids for divisions 16000 for Construction phase as per Architectural drawings and specifications. This project will begin June 6, 2022 and will occur through August 12, 2022.  See attached advertisement below.

    Audit Services for Cache County School District

    CCSD announces a request for proposal (RFP) for audit services for Cache County School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and the succeeding four years.  Full RFP can be found in the document viewer below.

    Bidders must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the mandatory minimum requirements outlined below. The following mandatory minimum requirements must be met in order for an offeror to be considered responsive:

    1.       Properly licensed for practice as a certified public accounting firm in the State of Utah.

    2.       Meets the independence requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and current        Government Auditing Standards published by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

    3.       Meets the continuing education and external quality control review requirements contained in the current Government Auditing Standards published by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.  The auditor includes its government audits in its internal inspections and peer reviews.

    4.       Complies with applicable Federal, State, and District nondiscrimination requirements.

    5.       Must be covered by professional liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 annual policy aggregate limit.

    6.       Must have significant experience in governmental auditing.  That experience must be on an entity-wide basis, and an opinion must have been issued.  Preference may be given to firms demonstrating significant experience performing audits for school districts in Utah.

     

    Selection of the auditing firm is expected to be made by Friday, February 4, 2022.
