Exponential Education: How Jennifer Whipple’s passion for math engages her students and propelled her daughters to teach
Whipple’s mother inspired her to teach, and she, in turn, raised two daughters who also became math teachers! Ridgeline High School’s 2024 Teacher of the Year hopes her students will also catch her enthusiasm for mathematics.

Stacey Pugh, Greenville Elementary’s Teacher of the Year, does small things with great love
Pugh, a longtime Greenville Dragon, inspires her students with the great words and insights of those who came before them. “I want them to be heroes,” she said of her students.

As a child, Rawlins was bothered when she learned that students with disabilities were hidden away from society. Thirty-five years of teaching later, she wants her students to know that they have limitless potential.
